Titling Assistant Job Summary

About the Job: Titling Assistant

The Titling Assistant is responsible for following up with dealerships to ensure that we receive titles for the equipment that we finance. Once received, the Titling Assistant is responsible for putting together accurate Title Application packages, sending them to the appropriate DMV, IRP, or Tag Office; and communicating with the dealership, the customer, the internal Account Executive, and DMV to ensure that the title is perfected accurately and as quickly as possible. Throughout the process, you will be responsible for high level communication internally, and updating our system at every step.

Documentation Specialist Job Summary

About the Job: Documentation Specialist

The Documentation Specialist is responsible for creating and reviewing Finance contracts and documents being sent out to customers and dealers. You will be trained to follow funding guidelines and requirements specific to each lender; and be expected to perform additional ancillary tasks such as ordering inspections and GPS’s installations. The Documentation Specialists is an essential administrative employee and coordinates with multiple departments to help complete funding transactions for our Sales Division.

Job Summary

The Credit Assistant is responsible for providing critical support in our Credit and Underwriting department by processing credit applications, pulling credit reports, updating systems, contacting credit references, and processing initial deposits made by customers. The position requires high level administrative, communication, organizational abilities, and requires proven customer service in a busy office setting.

Credit Analyst

Job Summary

The Credit Analyst is responsible for providing critical support in our Credit and Underwriting department by processing credit applications, pulling and reviewing credit reports, creating detailed credit packages for syndication to our 3rd party partners and providing internal support and strong communication to all departments within TopMark. This person needs to be able to identify which funding partner best matches the transaction and will manage the presentation of the funding packet to the appropriate funding source. The position requires high level administrative, communication and analytical abilities and requires proven customer service in a busy office setting.

Who We Want

We are seeking a highly coachable person that has a passion for finance who can learn TopMark’s funding sources at a high level and be able to work directly with our Funding contacts to ensure a smooth transaction. The ideal candidate must be a highly detailed individual that can accurately process and interpret financial sensitive information to ensure account information is distributed accurately in our database systems.

Funder: Loan Processor

About the Job: Funder – Loan Processor

The Funder is responsible for creating and reviewing documents being sent out to customers and dealers, gathering all of the required documentation required for the final funding of a Loan, and working with 3rd party lending institutions to ensure expedient funding of all transaction. You will be trained to follow funding guidelines and requirements specific to each lender; and be expected to perform follow up calls to get timely receipt of invoices, dealer documents, titles, Customer documents, and Insurance. The Funder is an essential administrative partner and coordinates with multiple departments to help complete funding transactions for our Sales Division.

We are seeking sales individuals with a proven track record of success to join our Middle-Market Finance Division, which focuses on transaction sizes from $500K to $10MM.

About the Career:  Middle Market Finance; Sr. Account Executive

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the middle market equipment finance space ($500K to $10MM transaction size). This position can work remotely or at our Corporate Headquarters, located in Roseville, California
