The Credit Analyst is responsible for providing critical support in our Credit and Underwriting department by processing credit applications, pulling and reviewing credit reports, creating detailed credit packages for syndication to our 3rd party partners and providing internal support and strong communication to all departments within TopMark. This person needs to be able to identify which funding partner best matches the transaction and will manage the presentation of the funding packet to the appropriate funding source. The position requires high level administrative, communication and analytical abilities and requires proven customer service in a busy office setting.

The ideal candidate must be a highly detailed individual that can accurately process and interpret financial sensitive information to ensure account information is distributed accurately in our database systems.
Sales Manager Assistant
As a Sales Manager Assistant you will be working alongside our Back-end Sales Manager to manage our sales pipeline, while ensuring that our clients financial transactions flow through our process smoothly and efficiently. You will work with multiple departments to help our sales representatives take their clients applications from start to finish. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, can multi-task at a high level, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients and multiple departments within the organization. Essentially, you will be a transactional liaison who will communicate with our Funding, Credit and Sales departments, directing the conversations with an end goal of closing transactions in a timely manner for our clients.

Desktop Support Technician
The Desktop Support Technician will report to our Systems Administrator in an enterprise domain environment where you will learn the ins and outs of Active Directory, Windows DNS, and Group Policy. Primary responsibilities include resolution of level 1 tickets (basic support and troubleshooting), equipment maintenance, installation of Windows and other software packages, setting up workstations, and managing inventory.

About the Job: Funding Coordinator
The Funding Coordinator is responsible for creating and reviewing documents being sent out to customers and dealers. You will be trained to follow funding guidelines and requirements specific to each lender; and be expected to perform follow up calls to get timely receipt of invoices, dealer documents, and titles. Our Funding Coordinator is an essential administrative partner and coordinates with multiple departments to help complete funding transactions for our Sales Division.
Senior Account Executive (Sales)
About the Job: Senior Account Executive
We are growing our sales team and are only looking to add dynamic, high-performing Senior Account Executives with equipment financing experience and a track record of strong performance. We are also interested in discussing opportunities with small broker shop owners with two (2) or more years of successful equipment financing sales experience who are experienced in the broker business model and looking to expand their opportunity to earn at higher levels.
In the role of Senior Account Executive at TopMark, you will manage your own book of business by prospecting commercial equipment dealers (or vendors), and business owners across the country, while educating them on TopMark Funding’s financing options and earning their business.
The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business, achieving and exceeding sales quotas, and enjoys the challenges that come with building relationships with business owners and equipment dealers. TopMark has an experienced Operations Team that provide our sales professionals with top tier support so that our sales personnel can spend their time building relationships and closing transactions, and less time on processing paperwork. Our goal and expectations are that our Account Executives will be able to fund $300K+ in Gross Margin per year after their initial 6 months of orientation.
This position offers a hands-on orientation program covering: The TopMark Underwriting Process, The TopMark Deal Structure, and General Sales Philosophy, TopMark CRM, and other systems.
Solid performers will continuously work to source and fund transactions. TopMark’s compensation structure offers unlimited upside to those sales professionals who work hard, take direction, and utilize all the tools and relationships that TopMark provides.
Middle Market Finance; Sr. Account Executive
We are seeking sales individuals with a proven track record of success to join our Middle-Market Finance Division, which focuses on transaction sizes from $500K to $10MM.
About the Career: Middle Market Finance; Sr. Account Executive
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the middle market equipment finance space ($500K to $10MM transaction size). This position can work remotely or at our Corporate Headquarters, located in Roseville, California.
